Return & Exchange Policy
At HAYAA FASHION, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we aim to keep this process simple, transparent, and hassle-free for our customers.
Returns
If, for any reason, you wish to return your ordered product, please send a return request to our email hayaafashion9@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be transferred to your original payment method, which may take 7–10 business days. During this refund process, a manually processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
If your product is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, you may request an exchange by emailing us within 3 days of delivery. The email must include your order details and a clear description of the issue. Exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.
Required Process for Return or Exchange
The customer must send a return or exchange request via email within 3 days of delivery. An unpacking video of the product must be attached with the email. Requests without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
If the customer does not follow our return and exchange policy, the final decision regarding return or exchange will be taken by HAYAA FASHION. HAYAA FASHION reserves all rights in this matter.
Return / Exchange Approval and Code Process
If HAYAA FASHION approves your return or exchange request, a return code will be provided by HAYAA FASHION. The customer must send the parcel to our office address using the provided return code.
After the parcel is received, our team will thoroughly inspect the product. Once the inspection is completed, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account, which may take 7–10 business days.
